Added Dnspark.com api back. This was formerly removed due to the specification

Added new custom ip feature. This allows user to customise and use a prefered IP

Partially using apache httpclient api as the next generation of JIPXt will be based on apache api.

Change the way JIPXt obtains  IP. As this helps to customize users own prefered IP

JIP Xt is the extention of JIP (Java IP update).
This first release available in both command line and graphical interface
have the following features.


1.Handles unlimited number of domain. 

2.Handles multiple dns services at the same time. 

3.Combines all types of account with respect to the dns service (Example as in dyndns;  dynamic, custom, static) 
  web IP detection, JIP router IP detection or combines all. 

4.Force monthly update if your IP does not change. (This is useful for accounts that has monthly deadline) 
  Auto update IP or manual update.
 
5.Writes all events to log file.
 
6.E-mail notification; sends copy of every event to specified e-mail address. 

7. Run as NT service, Unix/Linux cron job, can run with minimal memory on all other OS.
